University of Mount Union - Graduation Program
Unless it is your responsibility to provide a program for a university graduation, you really wouldn't think of the logistical issues associated with such a project. it needs to be published with a complete listing of graduates, indicating their final academic standing, just days after the completion of final exams. At The University of Mount Union, this requires that the 28 page commencement program be produced in less than a day.
Paragraphics received the final files for this project on Friday morning at 7:00AM. We utilized four of our Konica Minolta digital print engines operating simultaneously to feed a Duplo near line binding system for the task. By 4:00PM that same afternoon, five thousand programs were delivered to Mount Union for their 169th Commencement Ceremony to occur that next morning.
Paragraphics exceeded the customer expectations for delivery and gave the staff at Mount Union one less thing to worry about in preparation for their big event.
